Harmony Gold Farm Policies

1. Welcome to Harmony Gold Farm!

We are dedicated to raising healthy Nigerian Dwarf goats and providing high-quality organic products. By using our website or purchasing from our farm, you agree to the policies outlined below. We believe in transparency and want you to know exactly what to expect when doing business with us.

2. Livestock & Product Policies

Because we offer different types of products, we have specific policies for each to ensure the safety of our animals and customers. Please review the specific terms for the items you are interested in:

Buying Goats: Please review our Goat Sales Policy regarding deposits, health guarantees, and pick-up arrangements.

Raw Milk & Eggs: Please review our Raw Goat Milk page regarding the risks of unpasteurized dairy.

Note: As per Utah state law, raw milk is for personal consumption and not for resale. All sales of perishable goods (milk and eggs) are final.

3. Privacy & Safety

We respect your privacy. If you join our notification list or reserve a goat, we collect your contact information solely to communicate with you about your order or farm updates.

We never sell your data to third parties.

We use secure third-party banking to verify payments (if applicable); we do not store financial details on our servers.

4. Farm Visits & Biosecurity

We are a working bio-secure farm, not a petting zoo. To protect the health of our herd:

No Drop-ins: We do not offer public tours. Pick-ups are by appointment only.

No Pets: Please leave dogs and other pets at home when picking up your order.

Liability: By entering the farm property for a scheduled pick-up, you acknowledge the inherent risks of a farm environment (uneven terrain, electric fences, animals) and agree to hold Harmony Gold Farm harmless from injury.

5. Payments

We are currently finalizing our payment processing options to keep costs low for our customers.

Current Accepted Methods: We currently accept money order at the time of pick-up.

Deposits: Goat reservations require a deposit to hold the animal. We will accept cash or a check mailed in advance.

Please check with us directly if you have a specific question about how to pay.
